Term 2 Planning
Teaching teams and specialist teachers have been working on planning for Term 2 learning this week. Teams plan the learning based on the data they have collected which tells them what their students need, student interests and the curriculum framework (the Victorian Curriculum).
Teams are also working on ways to share the learning students have done this term with our families, given the current restrictions on numbers onsite. Teams will be sharing with you in the last week of term.
Class End of Term Morning Tea
Over the next two weeks students will have the opportunity to participate in a special morning tea to celebrate the end of the term. Different year levels will have their morning tea on a designated day so that the Canteen can cope with them in addition to lunches. Ordering will be through My School Connect and class reps will be sending out details.

It's been 1 year since we ran a proper session of Jogging Club and we are very excited to be bringing it back in Term 2!
Details:
When: Weekly Wednesdays
Time: 8:30am onwards
Start Date: 28th April 2021
Jogging Club is one of the oldest clubs at IEPS. It provides an opportunity for all students, Prep to Grade 6 (and parents!) to come along and have a run on the oval. We start at 8:30am but you are welcome to join anytime before the bell goes. Each lap gets marked off and when milestone kilometres are reached, the students receive certificates to acknowledge their efforts. Walk, run, jog, or skip - it is a fun, great way to start the day.
Got a question or would like to help run out on the day? Email Laila at laila.fernandez@gmail.com
